Criteria for a study permit:
Proof of acceptance – you must have a Letter of Acceptance from a Designated Learning Institution (DLI) in Canada.
Proof of Financial Support – you must demonstrate that you have enough money to pay tuition fees and living expenses for yourself and any accompanying family member and return transportation for yourself and any accompanying family member.
No Criminal Record – you may need to provide a police certificate to prove you have no criminal record.
Health Examination – In some cases, you may be required to undergo a medical examination to prove you’re in good health.
